The service provides the possibility to record at any time of the year, anywhere and in a simple way, a single-track or 12-lead electrocardiogram.

It is useful:

in primary prevention (for screening, sports practice, driving license, gym etc…);

for the onset of symptoms (palpitations, dyspnea);

to define cardiovascular risk;

The HOME telemonitoring service of the HBPM (Home Blood Pressure Monitoring) guarantees the user, 24 hours a day, home or mobile telemonitoring of blood pressure values

The service can be purchased in the pharmacies of the HTN network and can be used through the HTN-Telemedicine APP downloadable from the Apple store or Google Play.

All detected pressure values are automatically sent from the HTN-Telemedicine APP to the “SmartTelemedicine Platform”.

Their progressive memorization allows the HTN cardiologist the accurate definition of cardiovascular risk through the evaluation of average values, transient peaks, pressure load, variability, differential pressure and average heart rate.

N.B.

The 2013 Guidelines of the European Society of Hypertension underline that the blood pressure values detected at home have a prognostic significance more predictive of cardiovascular accidents than the values detected in the clinic.
